Shipping policy

We ship to CA, OR, WA, ID, & NV with FedEx 2 day.

Because our frozen meat is highly perishable we will only ship out on Mondays, unless it's a holiday then it will be Tuesday. 

A standard shipping fee of $25 will be added to orders unless they are over $260 which will ship for free.  Please make sure when you place your order that you will be available for delivery on the expected delivery date.

Because packaging/shipping happens on Monday mornings, if your order is received on Monday, it won't ship out until the next Monday.

Boxes will be shipped with "drain friendly" gel packs that can be reused and can also be cut open and flushed, the outer plastic is recyclable.  The insulated liner is made out of a cornstarch fiber and can be composted, dissolved, or burned.  The outer plastic liner can be recycled.  We have done extensive research to find packaging that will keep the product frozen, and is also as environmentally friendly as possible.

By using the gel packs and insulated liner your order should stay frozen for 48-72 hours.  If some of your meat is starting to defrost it is perfectly fine to put it right into your freezer.
